Brought my vehicle in at 10:30, was shuttled to my office within minutes and my vehicle was ready by 12 as promised. Very professional and courteous.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. I'd recommend arranging for a loaner car whenever you need time consuming service. You'll usually get to try out a newer model car for the day. Your vehicle is returned vacuumed and washed. Greg Box (Svce. Manager) is always attentive and helpful.
Justin was extremely responsive and helpful when I first contacted him by phone. Even though we weren't sitting face to face he treated me like a true customer. After I made the trip to Smithtown I was completely satisfied with the knowledge and honesty that I experienced with the process of leasing my new car. This particular BMW dealership offered the best price and timeliness in Suffolk County. I highly recommend Justin and Competition BMW.
Needed an inspection and performed other service for free. Granted it was part of my service agreement, but I didn't know the car needed the other servicing. Also recommended other service that would have cost me money, but when I declined there was no pressure to have the work done.
Service rep was very professional and answer all my question. Would be happy to tell my friends how well run BMW service is. Very Happy.
