I brought my x1 in for service. First off I was given a courtesy call to remind me that it was time to bring my vehicle in which is awesome since I'm a extremely busy store owner. I love how you can just pull your vehicle right in through the automatic garage service door. The receptionist are always very pleasant and professional and I never wait for more then 10 minutes. Always reliabke, friendly, and prompt. Loaner cars are available when needed.. my car is always washed and feels like new when I leave. I love that everything is covered. I only wish tires were as well

I went to so many dealerships before going to Competition and their service was by far the best. Russell was extremely professional, he is truly an asset to the company. My sales person was Justin and everything went well from start to finish. Great communication easy transaction. Finance person was also not pushy with extras.
