"Buying experience " Jane was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in fact the experience was the same with everyone. Friendly atmosphere with no pressure. What more could you ask for when purchasing a vehicle.
"Looking into a X3" WE inquired to look into a certified pre-owned X3 and Kelly was prompt to follow up with me. We ended up purchasing a GLC but that was not for lack of effort on Kelly's end, my wife just liked the GLC better. If/when we decide to come back to BMW we will definitely be contacting Daniels!
"Good experience!!" It was a real,pleasure working with Dmitry. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about about the car we were interested in buying. He spent about an hour explaining all the features in the car. It was somewhat overwhelming. Dmitry told us he was only a phone call away if we had any questions or issues. He also was a good negotiator on our behalf! :) I would definite,y recommend Dmitry as well as the Daniel's dealership to family and friends!!
"Purchase" Our sales rep was very helpful, courteous and professional. He took the time to tell us about the car we wanted. Explained features of the car on the test drive.

"Over the Top" Dmitry just facilitated my 4th BMW purchase from Daniels. I've appreciated prompt, friendly, excellent service throughout my Daniels experiences but Dmitry introduced me to a whole new level of excellence. Not only did he personally deliver the car to me at my office, but he spent nearly three hours introducing me to all the latest BMW electronics. He left the very clear message that wants to make sure I fully understand and enjoy my new car...and I do.
"Excellent sales professionals " Great dealership. Integrity spotless building and service. Process was seem less and on time. Service on previous car was done on time correctly and as promised. Can’t say anymore on how well this dealership performs.
