JANE LISTENED TO WHAT I REALLY WANTED AN INSTISTED I TAKE MY BMW OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE, SURE AM GLAD I DID. "As always, great Service experience" I've been a Daniels BMW customer since 2005 and have always dealt with the same Service Advisor. Recently, I've been dealing with Dominic Hernandez the past few visits and continue to have nothing but a stellar experience here. It seems like the dealership recognizes internal talent and promotes within and it's great to see their employees have well-rounded experience. As always, my last visit was quick and pleasurable - no reason to go anywhere else for Service.

I was invited to a special event and I thought I would look at some of the new models. I was given a sales, David Simoes Client Advisor and we discussed my thoughts on what I wanted. After that discussion we agreed that we would take some test drives. I was shown an X3 2018. I liked the ride and the handling of the new X3. I asked for a price on this vehicle and after getting the price decided to take the offer.

Purchased a CPO 2015 BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe from Kelly Gerding. Very easy to work with and Dealership was nothing but professional throughout the entire process.
As soon as Jane heard that we live almost 2 hours away, she did everything she could to make sure we know everything about the car before we invest the time to drive down -- including taking photos and texting them over (since they were not up on the site yet). Even going so far as to point out lack of options in the car that I might care about. A sign of a salesperson that cares, and treats you like you'd hope to be treated. the salesman impressed me so much i bought the car with out even test driving it. the salesman Dave was very respectful, gave me the privacy when i needed it and didn't badger me like other salesman from other dealerships do. the experience was a great one.
