"No pressure" My husband and I went to the dealership yesterday to purchase a used trade-in vehicle that I saw advertised online. From the moment we stepped into Daniels to the moment we left, we were well taken care of and never felt we were in a typical high-pressured auto sales situation. We had honest dialogue throughout the negotiations and felt like we walked away with a genuine good deal.
"Responsive, easy, stress- free" Kelly and Joe were great with quick responses and follow ups. My transactions were all done online or on the phone until actually picking the car up. Dmitri was very helpful with going over the vehicle prior to leaving the dealership. This all eliminated a lot of wasted time and helped to make the car buying process easier.
"Todd is fantastic " Todd is such a pleasure. Coming in to get my BMW serviced is a pleasure. He makes what should feel like a chore feel more like a quick chat with a friend.
