I have to say that I love these guys...so much so that I've purchased 3 BMWs in the last 3 years from them. Clint is such a great guy to work with. There's never any pressure to buy anything. He's knowledgeable and he does everything! He's the BMW Genius, asst. finance dude, asst sales mgr dude and pretty much everything. It's nice not having to go from office to office to sign paperwork. After a great experience from our first BMW purchase from Daniels two years ago we expected nothing less. Jane helped us decide between two models and made sure we got the features we liked. This time a vehicle with the trim package we wanted could not be located so we ordered and waited for it to arrive. It arrived as desired, and two weeks earlier than promised, which was fantastic. We love our new X1 with the M-Sport trim package.
Bought a 2018 M3. I worked with Dmitry and he was great. 1 issue I wouldn’t have expected: After the car was detailed for me to pick up, there were water marks on the windows and certain place on the paint. And when I opened the hood, there was tons if white water marks all over with a powdery residue. I wiped it down myself and it looks good.
