Jane Billig was extremely professional. Not a high pressure car salesperson that one normally finds at car dealerships. It was such a pleasant experience. I did not know what i wanted as i look at several other brands and Jane never pushed me to BMW. My car was being repaired due to an accident. The moment I walked in the door Barbara G. was professional and helpful. I arrived the first day and they were ready for my car and a rental was waiting for me.
