This was my first experience buying a car on my own as a young adult. Susan was the most friendly car salesperson I met in my time shopping around for cars. You would have never even known she was trying to sell you a car, as she was never pushy, sneaky, or aggressive. Jane was able to find the car I was interested in about three weeks. I originally came into to look at another BMWZ4 that was for sale. Unfortunately it was sold two hours before I arrived. She allowed me to test drive a new BMWZ4 to make sure I liked it and said she would be on the look out for a used Z4 since trade-ins come in from time to time. She had a customer purchase a new BMW and traded in a 2003 Z4 in excellent condition. I was very happy with her help in securing a BMWZ4.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with David and all those we worked with at Daniels BMW. We live right outside of Washington, DC and did a lot of research before deciding on the car that we wanted. We found the right car for the right price at Daniels. Highly recommended. We just leased our fourth X3 in a row and, having used four different dealerships, this was the best BMW lease experience by far. Our Client Advisor, Jeff Pecsek, certainly lived up to his promise to deliver a simple, honest, and hassle-free purchase experience, and the Business Manager, Joe Glazer, made the lease signing enjoyable. Daniels BMW is a great dealership because of Carrie Fortune. I can go to any one of 4 different dealers, some even closer to my home, but have returned repeatedly to Daniels because of the customer service I get from Carrie. She is outstanding, very attentive to detail, gets things done ahead of time and makes every transaction simple and uneventful. Buying a BMW is a completely new experience for us. At Daniels BMW, it has been a very pleasant experience thanks to Carrie. From first meeting her at the show room, to test driving, selecting a model, discussing price and making reservation, Carrie had been very personable, yet professional in helping us reaching decisions. Jane was wonderful to work with. She attended to my needs, and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. She was patient while I was indecisive between 2 great cars; she was never pushy; I was impressed with Jane and my whole BMW experience. I highly recommend both Jane and this dealership. P.S.
