Went looking for a particular used BMW that was advertised by the dealership. I was introduced to Greg who took several hours to explain features of the car and also the brand since I never owed a BMW. I explained to Greg that this was a surprise for my wife and he was very accommodating to help me with the delivery. We were on the road from upstate NY to DE in order to attend calling hours for a family member. Our time schedule was tight to make it in time. Our run flat time ruptured the side wall and we were worried about our safety for the long trip. I'd been looking for just the right deal on a pre-owned BMW convertible and saw one on Daniels web site on a Saturday morning. Greg came out to meet me in the lot and I was immediately comfortable with him, and he did a great job of explaining the differences between the different cars, this was my first BMW. This dealer was the best and easiest to work with. They were humble, fair, competitive, and willing to compromise on price. We went to Daniels BMW to "look" at cars. Upon entering the facility we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist who introduced us to Natalie as all "sales staff" were busy helping customers.
