Daniels BMW was very professional from our first steps in the door. All employees were friendly and approachable. Our rep, Kay, was kind and informative. I appreciated the way she was upfront and didn't play typical car dealer games. I also appreciated her introductions to the staff and the tour of the facility. By far Daniels BMW was the best experience at buying a car from a dealer I have had. My Wife and I never felt presurred to buy anything. We had a price in mind for the vehicle and trade-in value for our vehicle. At first the price they were looking for and we were looking for did not match, but I showed them the numbers I was lookking at and referencing from my research. Kay was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The customer service was exceptional. We went to anther dealer immediately after visiting Daniels and the difference was tremendous- excellent service! We were albe to work out a price that we were both agreable to, which we appreciated as well as the great customer service.

From the moment that I arrived at Daniels BMW I felt as though I was part of their family. Jane was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. Buying a car at Daniels BMW was definitely a pleasurable experience. Jane and the dealership went out of ther way to make me feel comfortable making the purchase, because of where I work and the times that I would get home they would often stay open until I would get there to look at a car that she found for me and when she found the right car they mad myself and my wife feel at home.

When my 325i was demolished I immediately returned to Daniels to look for another BMW. I met Jeffrey Peseck who listened when I told him what I was looking for and took me directly to three cars that fit my needs. Working with Joe Millington as my service advisor for many years and having total trust in what he says, I asked his opinion as to whisch of the three cars he felt was best for me. Ethan Harbison is my service adviosr. He is very patient with me and goes above and beyone to resolve any issues I may have. I have always enjoyed brinig my cars there. They are always friendly and cater to the customer. Their waiting area is very nice and kid friendly. I hope to have my car serviced there for years to come.

Just picked up another vehicle from Carrie at Daniels. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, drives a fair deal, patient throughout the process - her favorite phrase is "no problem". Daniels has a great service team, and Carrie is an exceptional sales person. Can't envision taking my business to anyone else.
