I recently purchased an '08 528xi w/ higher mileage and couldn't be more pleased w/ the purchase. The car drives like it's brand new and really fits my family like a glove. Carrie was refered to us by a good friend and I was extremely pleased w/ her help- she was polite, direct, and had excellent product knowledge. In sales, there's nothing better than referals and repeat business and I think Carrie deserves both. Very pleased w/ the dealership from initially walking in, working w/ Carrie and Jean, and driving away.
I rated all great because definitely Daniel's BMW has an excellent service. My sales agent was Kay Reed and she was awesome. Help us all the way to be really comfortable with our purchase. I just bought an 2013 X3, and had it made as we wanted and in the price range we could afford. Everyone that attend us gave us great service, very personalize and great attention overall. I had a road emergency driving from DC to Bethlehem. I knew of Daniels having driven by it many times visiting Bethlehem and therefore headed straight to the dealership. Mr. Rodrigues could not have been more friendly and helpful in assiting me on a repair that really had to be accomplished then and there.
