This was my second purchase with Dick for a BMW. This purchase for a new X1 was a surprise Christmas present for my wife. Dick provided and help coordinate all that was necessary to ensure that delivery and financing was approved and delivered in time for Christmas. Dick adds the first class representation to Daniels and the BMW line. Not enough good things can be said for Dick's efforts. Thank you! Bob Ashcraft

Absolutely perfect service from Daniels, as always. I knew exactly what I wanted, Kay took care of all the details and ordered it for me, and had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived to pick up my car. Dealerships really don't get any better than this and Kay is wonderful. Highly recommend the dealership and the salesperson!

I have always dealt with Dick for my cars. All my BMW's were purchased under his wonderful guidance! He knows what I want and has delivered with every car I have gotten through him. Carrie is great at what she does and sold me a wonderful car. She was realistic with me but helped me purchase what I was looking for. The dealership overall has excellent service and great employees.

This is the second BMW (2013 X3/2011 Series 1) I have purchased from Dick in the last two years. He has treated me with respect and answer all my question every time I was at the dealership even after the purchase. The service at Daniels outstanding and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used BMW.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Mr. Hughes listened to what I was looking for and found me my dream car. He had previous engagements that would have made many others pre-occupied, but he made us feel that we were his number one priority. As a prior Regional Manager for Motorola Customer Service, I understand how important accurate survey ratings are. Unfortunately, your rating system only goes as high as a 5! Dave Hackett is at least a 10 :) Dave truly embodies my idea of "customer service", the way it should be. GREG CLARKE was very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL throughout the Sale, and is an OUTSTANDING SALESMAN. The PRICE for a 2008 BMW X3 3,0si with 20,388 miles was a bit high. Purchased a 2006 BMW Z4 3.0si for my wife at Daniels approximately 3 years ago. It is her daily driver and she loves the roadster. Hopefully the X3 proves to be as worthy.
