Do I rate Daniels BMW highly? My new X6 xDrive50i is the 18th BMW from Daniels. I've never had a BMW from Daniels delivered with defects - ever! That in itself is pretty amazing. Facilities are great. Personnel at professional and knowledgable. Always ready to help or offer advice. Daniels service facilities and service advisors are also top-notch.
I've bought 6 BMWs from Greg Clark and will go back to him again because I trust that he will give me a fair deal. Importantly, I feel comfortable working with Greg and he will spend as much time with me as I need.
We found our vehicle on line and immediately fell in love with it. We requested a test drive through the website and we were contacted by Mrs. Kay Reed the very next morning. I originally posted because I had issues with my 2002 BMW and brought it in to get serviced. Not to point the finger of blame but in the beginning I did not have a very good experience AT ALL with my service tech, Todd Simpson. He may work for some, but for me I did not enjoy working with him. I went through a very long & tiring process of trying to get matters resolved with my car. This was my second time purchasing from Daniels with Carrie as my salesperson. Carrie has been a joy to work with and makes the whole buying a car easy.
Great experience! The service advisor, Ethan, and the tech, Luke, that worked on my car (M6) were professional, knowledgable and friendly. Both took time to explain what was needed and what was done. Could not have been better.
Everything about the buying process was great from day 1 when i went to meet Richard Hughes to test drive the vehicle. He did not pressure me one bit when i was there or on the phone afterwards upon going back 3 weeks later and purchasing the vehicle. He was also very friendly and he talked to me as if i known him for years. He introduced me to a lot of other people at the dealership who were also very nice.
I have leased two BMW's for three year leases for a total of nine years (6 different BMW's) with Daniels BMW. I have worked with Joe Millington in service and he has gone above and beyond each and every time. He is an exceptional employee of Daniels BMW and I will keep recommending this dealership and their amazing service!I give them 5 stars for the nine years we have been doing business with them!
