Jacqueline listened to my needs and was very helpful. Because of her follow up I chose BMW. She was flexible with my demanding work schedule and found the perfect car for me. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to purchase or lease a car. She is very knowledgeable and helped me set up my cars systems. She was available for any questions I had about my car. She really cares about finding her clients the right car.
Jacqueline is an outstanding salesperson and a person of her word. I recently traded in my 2015 X5 for a 2017 X5. I was looking around at several dealerships trying to get the best offer. Everyone gave me good numbers but when we went to complete the deal, the numbers became higher than initially quoted. When I met with Jacqueline she gave me exactly what I was looking for and then some, and at a price, I was willing to pay. I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at This dealership has changed that preset. From the moment I walked into the dealership I realized that it would be a different experience.
