This was my first time having my BMW serviced and I couldn't have had a better experience. I was expecting similar service as to when I go to Audi and Mercedes but I couldn't have been more wrong. Matthew went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed, comfortable, and made to feel as if I were a priority. I was working with Brandy Tsintavis trying to find a better deal than any other dealership I went to (which was essentially about 6 other BMW dealerships). Xeno Sideropoulous called me and had a brand new 2018 340i xdrive m performance. This car was actually exceeding my expectations. Usually I am at the dealership for half the day trying to finalize everything.
