I love my 2013 John Cooperworks Mini Cooper. I recently drove the car from Los Angeles to Long Island, and she was sorely in need of her 60k service, plus a few odds and ends (to be expected after over 3,000 miles of driving). I was a little reluctant in the beginning but as soon as I was approached by Keith I felt very comfortable. He understood my needs and knew what I was looking for. He was very accommodating and didn't hold me down to a specific vehicle. He showed me several models to help me make a choice. I didn't feel pressured at all. I will definitely go back to Keith for my next vehicle and would recommend this dealership and Keith. He represent the brand well.

There were alot of moving parts in our transaction. I had a BMW with mileage overages of about 20K, just past due for the scheudlued service and a chipped window. We made it all happen in one day. Keith foudn me the car I wanted, they worked with me on on my existing X5. He called the service department while I scheduled a glass repair and Keith and Steve OSorio got me in a new lease in one day. We accomplishe what most would over the course of a week. In any event, I appreciated his candor and professionalism.

Alex Bocchi was the sales person we purchased our new x5 from. He made this the perfect experience. He was so helpful, patient, and was able to get us exactly what we wanted within our price range. Everyone at Freeport Bmw was great. The front desk was polite, Kelly the customer service manager was magnificant and even James the manager came over to say hi and make sure we were enjoying our experience. Alex has become a friend and I look foward to getting all of our cars from him.
