I've leased 5 vehicles from this dealership with the same salesperson in the last 15 years. She is an expert on the vehicle. Extremely accommodating and resourceful. Nothing but professionalism in this establishment.

I want to start by saying, I do not just give 5 star ratings. This dealership really has earned my trust and my appreciation. I've had my vehicle serviced a few times by them and every time they have been patient and through and went beyond the call of duty. Example, I purchased my car by a third party company. I drove the car for two weekd and had to bring the car in for service because of the brakes. I was on vaction due to go out of state and I couldn't drive my car in this condition. I am writing this on behalf of my dad and I. We went into BMW of Freeport one day randomly looking because my dad felt he needed a new car. I have purchased my last three cars via the internet because the price was always better and I hated dealing with the dealership drama. The team of Al, Carlos and Rob at BMW of Freeport changed all of that for my yesterday. We brought home a mint 6 series and the dealership experience was a 10 out 10. I'm currently in the market scouting for my next car and I must say I have been provided with excellent service by Mr. Lindsay. He spent the time to listen to me on what my requirements were then he provided the options available. it was such a refreshing experience not to feel like I was being "pushed" to just ink a deal but that as a customer I truly mattered.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by her and showed around the place.
