I needed a new vehicle right away after my car was declared a total loss. I visited several dealerships and no one could find a vehicle with my specifics. I feel like a big shot when I go to the showroom or the service center. Everyone knows me and greets me as if I am their most important customer. The service center is the shining star. My service adviser, Greg, goes out of his way to get things done for me,. Because of him, I have stayed with BMW. I considered Mercedes, but I would then lose Greg as my adviser. I have a mini cooper that I purchased a map up date for and installed it my self. Some how I did not follow proper procedure and crashed the Navigation . The service advisor Tracy Geraci took care of it with no problems or stress and returned the car the Nav working and updated for me . Could not ask for any better job. Highly recommend .

After going to another BMW Dealership in my direct area I was discouraged but after looking up FREEPORT BMW I decided to give it another try Alvin was the first Dealer that welcomed me and instantly erased my previous BMW experience. I walked into the dealership with an attitude and met Jacqueline Chait - I thought I'd be polite and then leave. I left leaving a deposit on a 2017 X3. She was wonderful, worked within my price range for a lease - could not be more attentive.
