Lucy is a great salesperson. I stopped by BMW on my way home one evening, probably 30 minutes prior to BMW closing and Lucy took her time didn't rush at all. She was so excited to go over all the models I was interested in and she gave me different alternatives (ex: colors, accessories, etc) to fit my budget. She worked diligent to get me a good deal. I bought a new 2017 x3 fir the wife and Matt handled everything great. Great price and service whenever you need him to clarify or get something done. Two months later I went back and got a CPO 2014 x1 and Alex did a great job from start to finish. Fixed up scratches, replaced two tires with chipped rubber on the sidewalls for the CPO x1 before I picked it up and fixed the chipped rim with a written iou after I picked it up. Lucy is clearly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. Despite all the difficulties I gave her( changing the model and interior, and features all the time) she never got frustrated with me and in the end provided me with the perfect car. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from her and will continue to use only her from now on. You cannot go wrong with her. I recommend her at the highest level.
