Last week I had some issues with my 2 yr old 7series BMW so I called them and was told to bring the car in and see Kevin. Not only Kevin took care of all the minor issues with the car, he had arranged a new 7 series loaner for me. They took the time to go thru the detailed check-up on my car and when my car was ready to pick up, he even asked if he could have someone drop it off to my house as he knew I work long hrs at work. The whole experience was way more then expected. I would recommend everyone to go see Kevin.

Just want to Thank Mike Fresa for all his help and professional time that he gave to me. He truly went out of his way to make us happy and to get the vehicle that we wanted. Mike was so friendly and warm in every way that any questions we asked were answered with out hesitation and honesty. I am writing on behalf of both my wife and myself. We were not sure if a BMW would be our selection, since my wife was currently driving an Infiniti Q60. As a first time car buyer I was grateful for Alvin Peters knowledge and professionalism. Alvin made my visit to Freeport BMW comfortable. Prior to the test drive he gave me a tour of the facility and explained the nuances associated with each and every BMW SUV.
