My wife and I have lease BMW's every three years and we always Lease from BMW of Freeport. Generally, who the heck likes going to the dealer to get service? We heard the stories so you can imagine my apprehension especially for an issue that's not covered by warranty... the car gods must favor me because I got Tai as my advisor. Not only is she knowledgeable, polite and a fellow car enthusiast... she's fair and really takes her time to make sure you understand the value. Really pleasant experience and timely job. As soon as I started speaking to mike I knew I was buying a car. I did a bit of shopping and was treated no where near as well as I was treated with mike. This is my 5th BMW and certainly not my last. From this point on all my cars will be bought through mike.
