Last night I had an issue with my 2015 BMW 650xi convert. I called service and requested for Greg Itkins. When I arrived with my vehicle Greg greeted me with outstanding professionalism. Despite the large volumes of vehicle that was in for service that day he was able to resolve all my issues within the same day. I will always request Greg to be my service advisor.

My Experience working with Jacqueline Chait was so easy and professional every step of the way. She was courteous, kind more than accommodating to my every need and want. I bought 2 vehicles this year . Boyd Canty was my salesperson both times. Boyd went beyond , to assure my wife and I were happy in every aspect. We bought an X5 and an X6. Tire went flat while driving to Mother's Day celebration - I was ~40 miles from home. Got to the service center at 145pm on Mother's Day. They were open. The team was great - nice, helpful, informative. They had my tire fixed and had me on my way by 230pm. Incredible!

Alvin mady my car buying experience a great one. I basically just had to sign on the dotted line. Everything i requested, (i.e: color, price, make & model) he made sure i was satisfied.
