I've had 3 BMWs and Alvin is my go-to salesman. I'm a die hard Alvin advocate! He's efficient, supportive, and even helps me on his days off. Alvin takes the time to give me all of my options and is never pushy. I end up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even takes the time to make sure I knew how everything works and follows up with me days after my pickup. Now my mom only purchases her BMWs with Alvin as well!

I purchased a 2016 BMW 650xi convertible from BMW of Freeport a year ago. Love the dealership and the sales advisor, Jacqueline Chait, so much that I went back and bought a 2nd BMW, a 2017 X5. It was lease return time for me and my salesperson had been promoted and after being snubbed by two other sales persons I approached Jacqueline Not only was she receptive to my needs for my next vehicle she made the lease return process simple.
