Alex Bocchi provided the most professional and stress free car leasing experience I ever had. He answered all our questions, helped pick the car with ease, and was able to obtain it with any special requests we had, and stay within price range. He is a consummate professional and knows everything there is to know about BMWs. Would recommend him in an instant! JACQUELINE is the best!!! Honestly this was one of the most pleasant "big ticket" experiences we have ever had. We are so happy with our car. The entire dealership over at Freeport is just wonderful. I have come to rely on Freeport Mini to correct all the issues I had with my used mini. They treat my car as if I purchased it new from their showroom yesterday. They treated me like I was the most important client every time I walked through the door. Thank you David and Tracy!!!!
Now on my third lease with the Freeport team. I drive out from Brooklyn for fantastic service and personal attention. No hard sell - they are informed, helpful and listen to the needs of the customer. Each time I made the trip I drove off the lot on the same day with my new lease. On one occasion Marcus Mordan travelled to my place in Brooklyn with additional paperwork for me to sign. High Marks all around.
They were super helpful and honest during our entire buying experience. Even though I had purchased a Honda CR-V they were still able to provide adequate information and offered me insight into the car I was buying. The sales manager and customer service representatives were all welcoming and friendly and the process was quick and easy. I would definitely go back to this dealership if I had to buy another car in the future.
This is my third purchase of a certified preowned vehicle at this dealership.
