"oil change $100" For $100 dollars I would have expected not only the oil changed, but all fluids topped off.... it used to be that way. When I pulled out of the parking lot the Washer Fluid light came on.... very cheap item .. easy thing to do to enhance customer service in times like these.
"Turnkey " Ryan always does a great job. No surprises and lets me know what else may be needed. Finished up everything right on schedule. Truly appreciated.

"Went above and beyond to help. Amazing customer service!" My wife and daughter were in town visiting from West Michigan. They had a flat tire that required a new tire. Ryan stayed late to wait for them to arrive. Even though we live 2 hours away, they provided a loaner vehicle allowing them to drive home for the night. That superior level of customer service makes me consider driving 2 hours to Erhard BMW the next time we are in the market for a new car. Thank you, Ryan, for taking care of my family!
