Easy scheduling via the BMW App. Every staff member I encountered from the mechanic that directed me to my service advisor to the cashier at checkout was helpful and friendly. Was happy with accommodations while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Very Covid compliant while still providing conveniences and even tables outside so masks could come off!
