"they did what I asked but they did not say anything about..." they did what I asked but they did not say anything about the fault that is still on my BMW. I was not going to fix it while I was there but it would be nice to know they knew it was there! the price was great base on the estimate but it is a BMW! The young man who logged me in, provided a nice conversation, thanks! What is an Express Service?

"Quick response but I had an experience of wrong finance..." Quick response but I had an experience of wrong finance calculations with a surprise increase of monthly payout at the time of delivery. Though resolved by the manager but ended up paying more than what I was shown while confirming the agreement.
