"Purchase of Pre-Owned 5 Series" Recently purchased a pre-owned 5 series from Erhard BMW. Found the vehicle on BMW's Certified Preowned web site. "needed oil change on short notice" Great service! They fit me in with same day oil change when I didn't arrive to the dealership until 2 p.m.! I explained that I was driving to FL the following day and really needed an oil change. They somehow squeezed me in and I am very grateful. Thanks You!

"Service" Service is good. I wish Erhardt would return BMW's clean after service. I know one can purchase a plan for that, but it would definitely improve customer service to run the cars through the wash before bringing them back to the owner. Everybody loves a clean, shiny BMW.
