"Exceptional service during COVID crisis" Brought the M5 in for tire swap today and a few months ago for warrantee covered service issues. The service advisors are highly competent, professional, and polite. Always very friendly and effective. Respectful of social distancing during these COVID times. Beautiful showroom. Overall great service and sales teams. Chen Yen is The Best (I have known him for over 14 years and he remains as professional as ever, always smiling and positive)!
