"Awesome" Great no hassle experience. It was during the shutdown, so an online purchase of a 4 year old 328xi, turned into a bit of an adventure. The salesperson, Jeni, met me outside the dealership with the car. It was just what I wanted and at a good price. Two days later the car was mine. The tech, Dennis, spent a long time going over the many features and helped me customize the settings.
