"BMW lease" Audrey and Deb were wonderful to work with and very helpful answering our many questions. They went out of there way especially during the recent pandemic to make us feel comfortable during the test drive and lease process.

"Expedited and Easy Drop off and Pick Up" I really appreciate the expediency of the processes to drop off and pick up my vehicle. At a time when the service center was really busy, as a result of the re-opening after the COVID-19 shutdown, the time I spent dropping off my car, picking up a loaner and the return process were all much lower than I ever experienced with any other dealer.

After waiting two-hours for BMW Roadside Assistance to show up(they didn’t) I took the advice of your service advisors and drove my car twenty miles to Erhard.The big chunk of metal lodged in the tire ultimately discharged.
