"Professional and Courteous" Mike Hood, has been my service rep for decades through many BMW's. Terrific guy! Professional, courteous and great follow through! Also, what's best is the staff, both sales and service has been at the dealership for decades. I've purchased vehicles from Sabrina Rolle in sales. She is one of the best! "2009 M6 Trans Service" Had a transmission issue on my 2009 M6. I figured it would be super expensive so at first was considering a repair shop other than the OEM dealer. Given the complexity, i decided to call Erhard. I dealt with Mike Hood, who was very credible, fair, and professional. They repaired the car, was perfect condition when returned. The cost was fair and reasonable, and they detailed it prior to return. Was very satisfied with the repair and price and would recommend them. I will take it nowhere else now.
