"E46 M3 Airbag Recall" My experience was great! I was in and out quickly near my appointment time and the loaner car was ready to go quickly. The repair/recall was done quickly, my car was returned clean and "smudge" free. Bob U. contacted me directly when the work was done and helped me with some other minor concerns I had questions about. First time having service at this dealer, but very happy with my experience.
