Pathetic experience I bought a used car amidst the corona pandemic. A few issues I faced: I had a wait time in the store for 4 hours though I had scheduled an appointment They sold a car that has missed a tire rotation and this information was not revealed in their 100 point inspection
Horrible experience, lied about car condition They have a finance person Sean shah. He lied about the vehicle and made me sign lot of useless warranties which he talked me into. Please be aware they are typical stealership.

BMW X5 I have bought and service my BMWs for 10 years at this dealership and been pretty happy with their service. But something has changed in the past two years. Service has gone downhill, and when I tried buying my next X5, I was treated so poorly that I will never go back.

angry customer I went to service my car and just asked for a message on my dashboard. When they gave me my car, the back lights were no longer working and with an estimate of $ 610 dollars to repair the lights that they turned off.
Body work done - took 2 months / 2x estimated cost Getting body work repair at their shop, they got the job done somewhat well (I still need to go back to fix an electrical issue with the touch-lock system that does not work)... but took almost 2 months from the time I dropped off my car for repair and at a cost that was 2x the original estimate. My repair job was covered by insurance, and they submitted 4 revisions from the original estimate that kept ballooning up in cost above the value of my vehicle. My insurance company... read more

Need new car wash I don know if anyone else hashed bad experience with the car wash at Mountain View BMW. Every time I have gotten my car washed as part of the service there is black marks left and I have to bring it to their attention. They end up buffing them out. But it happens every time. At this point I don't want them washing my car unless it will be hand wash. The time it takes for them to rectify the situation it isn't worth it. I also had issues with the warranty. Consistently Poor Service at BMW Service Center BMW Service Center: this would be my 3rd visit for service. In short, you're better off driving miles out of your way to go to another BMW service center as this location has provided me consistently poor customer service. Dishonest and Shady My son and I drove from Santa Rosa to Mountain View today to look at a 2007 BMW 335i that they have on their lot. The salesman was friendly and the car looked good on the surface but that's where the "good" stopped. We were there for almost four hours to buy the car they called a great car. At about the two hour mark they had me sign the "As Is" no warranty form.
