Good Service Great customer service from Audrey, one of the sales associates. The paperwork process was drawn out, but she kept us entertained & was very accommodating of our need for a repair after the sale of the vehicle. Overall, we would recommend this dealer (specifically Audrey).
Wonderful Purchasing Experience I recently purchased a new 2013 X5 50i when I was on vacation overseas. Excellent service, no sales pressure Buying my new BMW 135i was great experience from test drive to custom ordering to getting the car. There was no pressure to buy a certain model at any time. I was informed about the status of the car promptly. Overall it was excellent service.

Great Experience We needed a new used car - all wheel drive, nav, etc. and couldn't decide between a 5 series and a 3 series. The salesman, Hamid, was outstanding - patient, knowledgable and wanted us to be sure we made the right choice. BMW Mt. View Service has gone DOWNHILL Brought car in for routine service and a low tire. I was primarily concerned about the tire because it was nearly deflating each day and clearly had an issue. I was told it was a loose cap and the tire was deflated again the next morning. Took it to a local repair shop and in several minutes they found a large screw in the tire which unfortunately shows BMW, Mt. View didn't even examine the tire. They also filled all four tires to 45lbs which the local shop corrected. Also took 45 minut... read more
Bad service, intentionally broken and charge you $ Find tire bulge during maint, change the tire and get keep pushing for alignment. Seems very intentional to break the alignment and try to get money from you.
