Service Review It is a beautiful new facility for service, and closer to my home, so I thought I would give it a try. I was taking my car in for an oil change and regular service. I specifically asked if my car would be washed and vacuumed and they assured me it would. I brought the car in at 7:30am and told them I could pick it up before 4pm or between 5:30-6:30 pm (their closing time). The car was ready after 4pm, so I showed up to get my car at 6pm. Bmw Owner I went in to replace my tires, after leaving my car there they couldn?t get me a loaner after how much they were charging. They have bad communication, no one at all answer the phone or even call back.

Unsatisfied Work And Experience They kept my car for a week to replace my SZL, an oil change, and four new tires. The BMW on Stevens Creek told me it would take a day to replace my SZL. So it takes 6 days to for an oil change and new tires? I did receive a loaner car from them the entire time. Once my car was done and I came to pick it up, the second I turn on my car my service due message came on. Why? 2007 BMW 328 Recall Service 2021: Came in for a recall notice on our 2007 BMW 328. Came into the dealership from whom we had purchased the long term service contract which we never used. There was a wonman who was very difficult when I tried to check in, but I soon met Andy Simental my service advisor who was fabulous. No Response The repair facility is adequate. Job usually gets done in a timely manner, most work is done correctly. they sometimes clean your car, too. They assign you a "service advisor", who is supposed to answer any questions you might have. Unfortunately, they never return phone calls or respond to messages, so you're left completely on your own. I will be looking for an independent service facility now that my service contract has expired.
Service Department is awful Complete unprofessionalism and hatred from the service department in Mountain View. My original appointment was rescheduled by BMW because a loaner car wasn’t available for me to take home. On 1/8, I came to drop off the loaner/pick up my M2 and was rudely approached by a man who happened to deliver the loaner to me the previous day. How do I feel about BMW of Mountain View CA. BMW of Mountain View CA has given me some real help when it was needed as it was this last weekend. I was parked at a local shopping center for about 10 minutes. When I returned to the car, it started normally, but then went crazy, showing all kinds of warnings, some I had never seen before.
