Adam a terrific sales rep This was our first time in the dealership and we arrived after visiting the BMW dealership in Sunnyvale. Upon arrival I felt a little like we were ignored. BMW Mountain View Service Review I made a mistake regarding my service date and mistakenly brought my vehicle in for service on the wrong day. Wayne Hong called me to remind me that my service date was not for another day but was able to get my vehicle on the service calendar for that day. The service drive way was packed with cars when I dropped off my vehicle so I imagine it wasn't easy squeezing in my car for service. The overall customer service experience was excellent and Kudos to Wayne Hong for providing it!
It's a nice experience overall I bought a car from here and had subsequent services here. I was pretty satisfied overall. Every time I went for service, I was able to get a loaner car which is really nice. And after every service, my car was washed. The only thing is that there was a little bit of sales of their service pressure each time, I did get some of the service there that paid out of my pocket. But other times, after I firmly stated I didn't want the service, they let me go fine.

Routine oil change and cargo cover replacement Just had my 2020 X3M40i in for a routine oil and oil filter change. I pointed out to my service advisor that the cargo cover was demonstrating a slow retraction. The cargo cover was under warranty and replaced. I had access to Lyft and received transportation back to my home. I have purchased two BMWs from this location.

Lease of New (2022) BMW X3 This is our sixth leased BMW from Joe Wahler at BMW of Mountain View. He has consistently done a terrific job helping us select the right car, and has been very, very responsive helping solve any problems that arose before, during, or after our purchase.
Purchase of vehicle and get repair service Fast response when i purchased the car. But they didn't mention to me there's passenger restraint malfunction during pre-investigation. And just mention all is clean. After purchasing vehicle, i saw this critical error pop-up many times during driving. And get a replacement of this finally. Repair facilities is good.
