BMW of Mountain View Service Andy, my service advisor was wonderful. I told him I was nervous about the cost of repairs since this was my first visit outside of the extended warranty period. He was very patient to explain the services (required vs can wait) and cost. My car was returned washed and vacuumed and I was charged a reasonable service fee in the end. I will definitely continue to return to BMW of Mountain View for future services and ask for Andy!

Mountain View BMW Honesty Professionalism Andy was extremely nice and honest with me about possible repairs. Their prices were comparable; they bring the car right out to you; I didn?t have to wait too long.
Easy painless process Just hand over the keys and they will get it serviced and taken care of well. I was sitting in their lounge and got work done while waiting.
Unplanned Service My service representative, Wayne Chan, was helpful and thorough. He's been looking over my vehicle over the past years and have found him to be trustworthy. The repairs were made on time and the original estimate was accurate.
