BMW of Mountain View Service Andy, my service advisor was wonderful. I told him I was nervous about the cost of repairs since this was my first visit outside of the extended warranty period. He was very patient to explain the services (required vs can wait) and cost. My car was returned washed and vacuumed and I was charged a reasonable service fee in the end. I will definitely continue to return to BMW of Mountain View for future services and ask for Andy!

Easy painless process Just hand over the keys and they will get it serviced and taken care of well. I was sitting in their lounge and got work done while waiting.
