Very professional and competent service Just had my 2013 X5 serviced at BMW MountainView. I was impressed by the steps they have taken to upgrade the facility and make it more modern. As well as the steps taken to provide service in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. My service advisor Branden was very knowledgeable and quickly helped me to address the issues and get a few other things sorted (including coordinating with my warranty company for claims).
Highly recommend! Aten was great. If you want to build a long term relationship I highly recommend to buy your car here. Great prices and even better customer service.

Excellent Customer Service Having a specific customer service rep makes a huge difference. I lost my cell phone and he retrieved it in the loaner car. With such a huge organization, it would be impossible to get attention by just calling in. Of course, the 2021 loaner car made me want to buy a new car =)
