Brake Fluid Service The service agent I dealt with was Branden Casey and I've got to say he really took care of the service in a way that went above and beyond my expectations.

Customer service is the BEST at MV BMW!! My previous service request was only an oil change but every time I visit I not only feel welcomed but given exceptional customer service by everyone-- from the person who greets me upon arrival and checks me in to my service advisor, Wayne Chan, to the person who bring my washed car to the front.
