Great Sales and Service Team! I leased my previous M4 from a different BMW dealership but did not have great service experience from them. So I decided to check out BMW of Mountain View. Their service team is awesome. I never have to wait to drop off my car and can generally get a loaner as long as I schedule it in advance. lease a new BMW X3 Excellent service. the sales associate Adam and the lease manager were all knowledgeable, friendly and effective. The whole process (showing me the inventory, test drive, show-and-tell, credit check, lease agreement) was completed within 2 hours.
