Great Buying Experience!!! I had a great buying experience. I ordered M40i through Hadi. Hadi was professional, courteous, and helpful every step of the order and buying process. He returned my emails and calls promptly. And, I am very happy with my M40i.
Service for two recall items After getting recall notice I called the number given but they never answered. After a second notice I called a second number and got an answering machine and left my name and number. They did not call back. After I got a “Final” notice I able to get a live person and set up an appointment. The service agent was courteous but they were only able to complete one of the two recall items.
