Great service & experience once on I was there Took 3 separate phone calls to get to my advisor (left messages with the service representatives but never got a call back). However, once I got a hold of my advisor, I was in and out of the service department. Andrea really took care of me even though she was going on vacation. She hooked me up with her manager who make the service and the car rental a seamless process. Would definitely ask for Andrea again. Thank you!

Got the car I wanted with the deal I wanted Before I came to the dealership I had decided the car I wanted and arranged financing. They gave me a better deal on the financing that clinched my decision to get the car. And they kept my old car until I could arrange to have it picked up. Excellent experience, all in all

wonderful and friendly service I have been leasing cars from BMW all over the bay area since 1995. BMW of Mountain View is the best dealership and responds to customers' needs like none other. I lease a new car every 3 years and they always help me find a new car with my specifications for a fair price. I am sticking with them!
