Purchasing Our New BMW Laura Blanc, our sales contact, was great. We ordered the car and it took about 6 weeks to get here but she kept us informed of the progress. It was delivered around Christmas which was a busy time for Laura but she spent the time with us as we took delivery of the car and made sure we understood the new features as well as coordinated the financing.
Good for foreigners, nice dealership. I bought my first BMW there recently. It was a new 320i. I like it very much. The staff there are very nice and they can speak kinds of languages to help foreigners.
Great communication and excellent service I brought my car in to have a part replaced, as I thought it was the cause of the issue it was experiencing. However, after the initial repair, we realized that the real cause of the issue was due to some faulty hoses. Not only was my service representative honest in his opinions and advice during the process, but he was also able to confirm the diagnosis and repair the car within a day.
