Excellent services! I recently bought a used vehicle (BMW 328i) from BMW of Mountain View. I was thoroughly pleased with everything -- no upsetting, excuses, dawdling -- nothing but professional, caring, customer-appreciative service. Laura Blanc, as my sales-contact person- was especially caring, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. She made the purchasing experience very non-threatening and pleasant! If I had any concerns, she addressed them immediately. Nothing but good things to say about this organization.
