Informative and helpful My service provider, David Truong, listened to my concerns and provided me detailed explanation so that I could understand the process, the potential risks, etc. so that I was able to make an informed decision that I felt comfortable with. He even provided me cost, which allowed me to price compare. Trust at the end of the day is what I need to make informed decisions about my car. I ended up going with BMW, as the price was also reasonable for the additional service they provided.
Great buying experience with Michael Borbet Very patient, up front, no funny business with numbers, very easy and pleasurable transaction, all done by email, didn't visit dealer until car delivered. Highly recommend, very happy with the car, when it is time for a new car, will go to them again.
Audrey Quiggins is a great Client Advisor I was looking through the showroom one day when I was waiting for my husband's BMW to be serviced. I was not looking to make my next car a BMW, but met Audrey Quiggins that day and she was so great to visit with, gave me so much time and information and was just so personable. A year later I remembered her and decided I needed to consider making my next car an X3. Thank goodness she was still there and ready to help us make our decision and order.
