Place has no good customer service that goes for the sales person and the manager applied for a car to see what they could offer never did I get a call back with any information just ran my credit and that’s it they don’t care about there customers on if they can make a sale

They don’t honor commitments. I scheduled service and a loaner car two weeks out and magically, on the day of service, no loaner car. This upon other things will force me to drive three hours to Albuquerque for any thing else.

Extremely expensive to fix a door over $800 this feels like gouging in an extremely bad matter. The part is in $100 Be carful with the service department saw a video of this repair it only took 10 minutes from removing the door and replacing the part, connecting however I got to El Paso dealership at 7 am stayed until past 11. There has to be a better way to get service at normal cost.
It was honestly not a good experience. Took my car to oil change and people that admitted my car were not nice or even attentive. Even to book an appointment they left me on hold then never called back or even picked the phone on office hours. I honestly will never buy BMW again.

Gary Swanson has very terrible customer service, very unprofessional! Sorry to say but they need a new manager.
