After trading in a vehicle we purchased at BMW we were advised by Rocio at BMW what was needed on our behalf in order to cancel the warranty that was purchased at the BMW dealership, after several attempts to reach Rocio at ext.7516233 and after leaving several vm messages we decided to go by in person and spoke with Armando and signed the paperwork for the cancelation. Kept me there all day long only to tell me they couldn’t complete the work. Very incompetent!!! Second experience at this shop with similar service. They have no business fixing cars. And all their costs are outrageous for the service they provide

DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORES ANYTHING UNLESS $$$ ARE ATTACHED - -- I received a text that my 2017 BMW needed service. Horrible (un)service. I scheduled the vehicle drop off - brought it in 2 days early knowing it should be in cue for Monday am. I get a call at 3:30 pm telling they don’t have time to service it. This is unacceptable and BMW corporate should evaluate standards. I’ve heard from other BMW owners how inconsistent and pedantic service can be. Worst service EVER...never buy a vehicle here because then you'll have to deal with the horrific Service Department. Buy a Lexus or Infinity instead! Their service is fabulous AND they fix issues the FIRST time.
