Initially, the staff (sales person) were great, friendly and eager to help. After the sale however they turned into their normal selves. I contacted them via their web page to ask for someone to call me the day after I bought my car as they Aircon wasn’t working and nobody did. The sales manager came out to educate me on why the price was listed & they would not negotiate. He bitched me out in front of my sister & nephew for daring to discuss the price. I felt attacked, dismissed, unwelcome & not allowed to finish or enjoy my experience. I am still in shock a day @ the aggressive attitude he had. I thanked him for his time & wished him luck with the car & he responded that it was sold! The one place I would never buy a car from bmw and mini el paso worst experienced ever paid almost 30 k for a used vehicle and now 2 months later I'm stuck with a car with thousands of dollars of electrical issues and no one is willing to help or advice me of what to do

Earlier in the year I decided to purchase and install new tires for my BMW 128i since the dealership had a special offer - buy four tires and get the fourth tire free. I spoke with a Service Rep. to order the tires and schedule an appointment. The day before the appointment I called to inquire about the tires and discovered they were not ordered. After trading in a vehicle we purchased at BMW we were advised by Rocio at BMW what was needed on our behalf in order to cancel the warranty that was purchased at the BMW dealership, after several attempts to reach Rocio at ext.7516233 and after leaving several vm messages we decided to go by in person and spoke with Guillermo and signed the paperwork for the cancelation.
