I bought my BMW last year and it's been one heart ache after another. The service Dept personnel are rude, Jorge talks down to you (me) and Christian is useless as the manager. Eva is sweet and helpful. I have yet to write a letter to BMW with my formal complaint and report them to BBB.

So im not one to do this, but I need to put BMW of El Paso on BLAST!! So I took my car to get an Oil Service this past Saturday and all of a sudden now I have Coolant fluid leaking excessively from the plug. Looks like maybe it stripped and the worst part is my blades from my Radiator fan broke. I mean how does this all of a sudden happened. Roy Tealer never sent me my money for the flat tire indicator instead he charged me $1770.00 for some frame work. I'm a sixty percent disabled veteran, I worked under the General ten years, and all I got was a lie Carl Robinson, LIFE only Robert Charles Barefield 929-280-5018

I recently purchased an used BMW in April CASH. Its noW July and I still have not received my license plates, registration or title. I keep getting the run around and have gotten fed up with their service! I WILL NEVER BUY ANY KIND OF VEHICLE FROM THEM OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER 2 dealerships in El Paso!! I do not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them!!!!!!

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. But I had to leave something. We purchased a vehicle CASH and it's been over 2 months and we r still waiting on the plates, registration and title. And according to the manager they are having this issue on all their vehicle sales for quite some time. Only 1 person does the registering and handles 3 dealerships, it is ridiculous!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY HERE!

I traded in my car I bought from here and attempted to get a reimbursement for my GAP,Dent Guard & extended warranty. This was back in October 2015 was told by finance manager I would get my check in mail in 45-60 days, it is now end of December and no check, we called the above companies and was told they NEVER received any paperwork for my reimbursement!!! So I have been waiting like an idiot this whole time and to find out the dealer GIVES the reimbursement for dent guard is very upsetting!!! This treatment & being lied t... read more
